Single-Leg Squats

With just one handle, face the anchor. Your right foot should be at the center, and your left hand should the handle. Lower your hips down and back into a one-leg squat. Return to the standing position. Repeat the set with the opposite leg and hand.

If you really want to make this move work for the rest of your body, hold a dumbbell or kettlebell in your free hand. This move is especially great for the glutes and thighs.

Single-Leg Hip Press

On your back, place both feet in the handles, which should sit lower than your knee if you were standing up. Your knees should be bent at a 90-degree angle. Use your core to lift your hips off the ground. The goal is to get your body in a line, lifted from the ground. Lower yourself down.

If you really want to work your body harder, you can put a weight or dumbbell on your hips to add some additional resistance to your lifts. You can also work harder by performing the presses with one leg in the cradle and the other bent and in the air.

Side Plank

The side plank is a full body exercise that really gets your core working. You want to keep your straps lower to the ground so that you can place your feet in the handles with your arms or forearms on the ground. You can choose whichever is more comfortable. Next, move to a side plank, keeping your shoulders, hips, and feet aligned. Hold the move as long as you can before moving to the other side.

If you want to make this exercise more difficult, add a rotation so that you move from a regular plank to a side plank. You can also lift your hips for some oblique work. This is a versatile exercise.
